Welcome to Chand Yoga with Sonia, in Surrey.
Chand means Moon in Sanskrit, my classes and workshops follow the lunar phases, tapping into the energy and asking you to tune into your own intuition.
I offer foundational and intermediate yoga classes in Walton on Thames, across Surrey and West London. Yoga is for everybody.
Honouring Yoga’s lineage, my classes incorporate yogic philosophy and pranayama along side anatomy and the science. And that you leave my classes relaxed, connected to your body and breath.

In-Person Yoga Classes in Surrey
Join my in-person classes in Surrey, Walton on Thames. If you have tried the physical practice in the past, or simply want to explore how you can incorporate asanas into your current lifestyle or fitness - this class is for you.
Even with limited experience, but with awareness of how your body moves, my weekly yoga classes in Surrey, will help you understand the foundations of yoga. Using asanas (poses) and yoga breath work, focusing on specific areas of our physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Online classes
If you can’t get to a class in Surrey, Walton on Thames, join a weekly zoom classes.
A beginners class, which introduces you to the foundations of yoga - philosophy, pranayama (breathwork) and asanas (poses).
We end the class with a guided meditation, breath work to allow your outer and inner bodies to relax and fall asleep with ease.
All abilities welcome, you can join me on the floor or stay seated.
