Even with little experience, but with awareness of how your body moves - my weekly classes will help you understand the foundations of yoga.

When you join my classes in person, I will always have spare mats, blocks and blankets. If you are joining online, a towel, or blanket is good. You shouldn’t need anything fancy for yoga.

Absolutely not. Yoga is a lifestyle, not just a one hour exercise class. A yoga class will contain some movement, some breathwork and meditation. Over time you’ll feel your body become more flexible, stronger, more agile.

When you sign up or come to a class, I will ask you about any health concerns you might have. I will also ask you to sign a waiver. If after we have spoke you feel you can take part, you are welcome. If you or I have any concerns we can try again another time. I make my classes adaptable and accessible as I can.
